ProCooking is an in depth, hands on series designed for beginner and intermediate chefs. This class will expose students to the fundamentals of cooking, each lesson building upon knowledge from the class before.
Class begins with a brief chef lecture and demo. Students will be given a recipes and split into groups to complete their assignment.The chef instructor will be there to skillfully guide students and answer any questions. Students and the chef instructor will end the class with a family style meal, where they will be encouraged to discuss their experience and ask any remaining questions for the day’s topics.
Class meets once per week for four hours, pending holidays.
