We feature comprehensive, part-time professional chef's training and pastry programs. The courses are designed to teach students the techniques and skills necessary for a successful culinary career.

Whether you want to work in the food service industry, are already in the industry and just want to hone your skills, or are a serious home chef, our programs will fit your needs.

The New School of Cooking bases our curriculum on that of full-time culinary schools. We have modified and condensed that format to accommodate students who work or who are otherwise unable to attend school full time. Because our program is part-time, the cost is significantly less than a full-time culinary institute.

Our classes meet once a week for ten, twenty and thirty week sessions. We have classes during the day, evenings and weekends to accommodate any schedule. For dates and times, please return to the home page or you can download our current catalogue here.
