OH MY GOODNESS!! My confidence is restored!!!! I attempted my first Macaroons only yesterday. It was sad. It was ugly. They were sticky, runny, uncontrollable and worst of all.. they were wrinkly!

Seeing this is SO very helpful. I see where I was going wrong..!! Ah! Bless you. :) And yes. Almond flour is ridiculously too expensive.. I'm going to try my first batch of home made next week.. (it's supposedly fairly painless and cost effective)

I can't wait to start again. Thank you for the step-by-step and images. :) :) :)

[...] The other night we enjoyed the crostini as a light meal. ? I am not an expert when it comes to pairing food and wine, but a Pinot Noir from Oregon would be delicious with this. ? Just a thought. original article: Crostini with Gorgonzola, Radicchio, Honey and Walnuts. [...]

Thank you sharing this recipe, but more importantly the commentary. I have often thought of, among other things, rice, potato's, cream cheese, and basic mayonnaise as nuetral canvasses on which to create flavors. But I had never considered chicken as fitting into this category. But of course, now, it makes sense. I appreciate that you are not just passing on great recipes, but teaching others how to think about food.

*Nice post. I learn something more challenging on different blogs everyday. It will always be stimulating to read content from other writers and practice a little something from their store. I’d prefer to use some with the content on my blog whether you don’t mind. Natually I’ll give you a link on your web blog. Thanks for sharing. Mary from Tableau végétal
