The New School of Cooking bases our curriculae on those of full-time culinary schools. We have modified and condensed those formats to accommodate students who work or who are otherwise unable to attend school full time. Because our program is part-time, the cost is significantly less than a full-time culinary institute.
Our classes meet once a week for ten, twenty and thirty week sessions. We have classes during the day, evenings and weekends to accommodate any schedule.
